used by eSLAKE, Inc. to improve your shopping experience. We do not sell or trade our customer's information.
We monitor customer traffic to enhance customer satisfaction, and prevent and trace the fraud.

Shipping Policy
All in stock orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours with an average of 3-5 days delivery time.
We only ship within the United States. Most shipments are shipped by UPS ground. Please contact us for
faster delivery options. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For any additional shipping

Return Policy
All customers are entitled to a full refund minus the cost of shipping, for all
products returned in new condition and packed in its original box with all original manuals and any accessories that came
with the item. Opened orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
For larger items, including Televisions over 27 inches, eSLAKE will help to arrange in home repair through the Manufacturer's warranty.
All camcorders, digital cameras, monitors, and portable DVD players, can be returned for a full refund (minus the shipping cost)
within 15 days from the date the product was shipped. All other items sold at our store can be returned for a full refund
(minus the shipping cost) within 30 days from the date the item was shipped. Please note that the shipping charges for
any returns will be paid by the customer. All returns need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be issued by
